What is 3D Smart Sorter ?

The 3D Smart Sorter employs guided multi-tiered tracks, enabling smart bots to move both horizontally along aisles and vertically between levels. Each bot is equipped with:

  • Embedded PC (SBC) for onboard control
  • Bi-directional cross-belt conveyor
  • Servo motors for precision navigation
  • Wi-Fi module for live sync with the Master Controller
  • Rail-based charging mechanism for continuous uptime
