How the VOREX™ System Works

1. Dual Infeed Induction & Scanning

  • Two parallel infeed lines process parcels simultaneously, using high—speed barcode/vision scanning to determine the correct layer and chute.

2. Dual High-Speed Vertical Lifts

  • Each infeed connects to a dedicated lift—left and right—which elevate parcels to the assigned layer at speeds up to 90 m/min for uninterrupted flow.

3. Multi-Layer Bot Network

  • Every layer features two autonomous bots moving in opposite directions along the Y—axis to transport parcels swiftly to their target chutes.

4. Precision Cross-Belt Discharge

  • Each bot uses a compact cross-belt carrier for accurate lateral release into multi—tier chute banks.

5. Matrix Chute Architecture

  • Vertically arranged chutes provide maximum density, optimized zone—wise distribution, and parallel processing across layers.

6. Real-Time Sorting Intelligence
