A Linear Cross-Belt Sorter employs a linear track system with autonomous motorized carts running in a continuous loop. Each cart is fitted with a bi-directional cross-belt conveyor that can discharge parcels to the left or right, making it ideal for accurate and fast sorting into chutes, bins or conveyors.
